Fire Sprinkler System Installation
Our client required a domestic sprinkler system to be installed in 50 flats, communal corridors and within the car park. We designed, supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned a full sprinkler system to domestic standards BS9251.
To comply to British standards the system was connected to the fire alarm system. The Sprinkler team installed a pump, pressure switch, weekly automatic test facility, test facility for servicing and a low-level float alarm.
The sprinkler system has been installed and designed to control or extinguish fires in the early stages. This makes it easier and safer for tenants to exit the building, and for firefighters to extinguish any fire that remains. Fire sprinklers systems help reduce the loss due to fire, saving infrastructure, money, and lives.
